BLONDE REDHEAD / NATION OF LANGUAGE

Blonde Redhead and Nation of Language will join up for a few West Coast dates this October, hitting Los Angeles and Oakland (with BR closing) and Portland and Seattle (with NoL closing). Nation of Language also have lots of dates before that including a spring run with Beach Fossils.

THE BETHS

The Beths will be back on this side of the planet for West Coast shows with Alvvays, and after that they’ll hit the East Coast for headline dates. Those begin August 26 in St. Louis and hitting Columbus, Detroit, Ottawa, Montreal, Buffalo, Burlington, Deerfield, Woodstock and Jersey City.

AMY & THE SNIFFERS

Amyl & The Sniffers will be opening for Foo Fighters at a few stadiums this summer and have now announced headline club shows while here.

GATECREEPER / UNDEATH / JARHEAD FERTILIZER / FINAL GASP

After their tour supporting In Flames alongside Creeping Death, Gatecreeper will do a headlining West Coast/Southwest tour with direct support from fellow new-wave-of-death-metal greats Undeath, plus Jarhead Fertilizer and Final Gasp.

LONG PLAY 2024

Bang on a Can have announced the lineup for the 2024 edition of their Long Play festival, which happens May 3-5 with over 60 concerts at downtown Brooklyn venues all within walking distance of each other, including BAM, Roulette, Public Records, BRIC, Murmrr, Irondale Center for the Arts, and The Center for Fiction, plus outdoor events and more. UNWOUND

Post-hardcore greats Unwound (who just played Big Ears) have announced a few shows surrounding their appearance at Pitchfork Fest, hitting Toronto, Detroit and Minneapolis in June.

FRESH / OGBERT THE NERD

UK indie-punks Fresh are coming to America, and NJ emo band Ogbert the Nerd is providing support on the East Coast leg.

PAT BENATAR & NEIL GIRALDO

Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo are on tour this summer, including a NYC show at Beacon Theatre on July 23.

KATHLEEN HANNA SPEAKING TOUR GUESTS

Kathleen Hanna begins her book tour supporting her new memoir Rebel Girl: My Life as a Feminist Punk in May, and she’s been announcing special guests who she’ll appear in conversation with in many of the cities which include Molly Ringwald, Amy Poehler, Hari Kondabolu, and more.

JHENÉ AIKO

Jhené Aiko has announced her first headlining tour in five years. The arena shows are with Coi Leray, Tink, UMI, and Kiana Lede, and run through the summer in North America, starting in Detroit on June 19 and wrapping up in Columbus on August 22.

QUEENS OF R&B TOUR (XSCAPE, SWV)

Xscape and SWV will head out on the Queens of R&B tour this summer, with MÝA, Total, and 702 along for the ride. Dates include NYC’s Madison Square Garden on July 24.

NO EARBUDS FEST

Jamie Coletta’s “boutique PR and music consulting company” No Earbuds turns 5 this year, and they’re celebrating with the first-ever No Earbuds Fest on June 15 at The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA. The lineup includes glass beach, We Are The Union, Jhariah, Dollar Signs, Teens In Trouble, JR Slayer (aka The Blood Brothers’ Cody Votolato), La Fonda, and more TBA

ALL YOUR FRIENDS FEST

The emo nostalgia festivals keep coming and now Ontario is getting one from August 23-24 at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds in Oro-Medonte, ON. Presumably named after a Taking Back Sunday lyric, the lineup does not include Taking Back Sunday, but it does include Fall Out Boy, Billy Talent, Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessional, The All-American Rejects, and more. KORN

Korn have announced a big tour with Gojira and Spiritbox for this fall, hitting North American arenas and amphitheaters.

HANA VU

Hana Vu‘s second album, Romanticism, is out in May, and she’s announced a North American tour supporting it. Her shows begin on July 9 in San Francisco and wrap up in her hometown, Los Angeles, on August 9, stopping in Seattle, Chicago, Montreal, NYC, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Nashville, Austin, and more. Atlanta artist and producer Babebee opens the shows.

ENGLISH TEACHER

British band English Teacher have announced a few US tour dates in support of their debut album, This Could Be Texas, which will be out April 12 via Island. Shows are in June and the band play DC, NYC, Boston, Philly and Chicago.

VACATION

Cincinnati punks Vacation have announced a new album, Rare Earth, due May 3 and they’ve got tour dates in April.

ROSE HOTEL

Rose Hotel, the moniker of Atlanta singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jordan Reynolds, is gearing up to release her new album A Pawn Surrender as well as go on tour.
