Arlo Parks just wrapped up the spring leg of her North American tour with a pair of NYC shows, an intimate Bowery Ballroom show on Saturday (4/30) followed by the larger Brooklyn Steel on Tuesday (4/2). Each night had a similar setlist, with much of the set pulling from her 2023 sophomore album My Soft Machine, along with some songs from her Mercury Prize-winning 2021 debut Collapsed in Sunbeams. Night 1 also got a couple recitations from Arlo’s book of poetry, The Magic Border, as well as her rendition of Jai Paul’s “Jasmine” and an acoustic take on her 2018 track “Cola.”
